SHAHI PANEER Recipe

SHAHI PANEER Recipe | وصفة شاهي بانير | शाही पनीर बनाने की विधि | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients
1. Paneer: 200g
2. Oil: 60ml
3. Curd: 100g
4. Onion (paste) : 1
5. Tomato Puree: 2
6. Ginger & Garlic Paste: 1tsp
7. Cashews (kaju): 8-10
8. Cream / Malai: 100g
9. Red Chili Powder: 1tsp
10. Coriander Powder: 1tsp
11. Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1tsp
12. Cinnamon: 1stick
13. Cardamom: 2
14. Cloves: 3-4
15. Shah Zeera: ½ tsp
16. Kasuri Methi : 1tsp
17. Turmeric: ½ tsp
18. Garam Masala Powder: ½ tsp
19. Salt to taste

Process
1. Heat oil in pan add paneer & fry on medium flame for about 2-3 min.
2. In another pan heat oil add whole garam masala, ginger & garlic paste & sauté for a min on a medium flame.
3. Add Kashmiri chili powder, add onion paste fry on medium flame for about 2-3 min.
4. Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric & salt, cook on medium flame till oil separates.
5. Add curd & mix well, close the lid & cook on medium flame for about 5min till oil separates.
6. Add cream/malai & mix well, close the lid & cook on medium flame till oil separates.
7. Add kasuri methi & garam masala powder cook for a min.
8. Lastly add paneer & mix well, close the lid & cook on medium flame for about 1min.
