Bhatkal Style BANGDA FISH FRY | MACKEREL FRY | سمك الماكريل المقلي | बंगड़ा फ्राई | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
1. Fish (Bangda): 1 kg
2. Chilli Paste: 3 tsp
3. Pink Salt: 1 tsp
4. Lemon Juice: 1
5. Fennel Powder: 1 tsp
6. Turmeric: 1 tsp
7. Curry leaves
Process
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients & mix well.
2. Make a slit on the fish.
3. Apply mix masala on the fish and marinate for 30 min.
4. Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves.
5. Now place the fish side by side & fry on a medium flame for 3 min.
6. Now turn the fish on the other side & fry on a medium flame for 3 min.
7. Fish is ready to serve.
