Basic VANILLA CAKE | Cake in Pressure Cooker | كعكة الفانيليا الأساسية | वैनिला केक | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

INGREDIENTS

FLOUR ( Maida) : 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER : 1 TSP
BAKING SODA : ½ TSP
EGGS : 2
SUGAR : ½ CUP
OIL : ½ CUP
VANILLA Essence : 1 TSP
MILK (warm) : ½ CUP
Lemon Zest : 2 lemon
Lemon Juice : 1
Salt : pinch
7 INCH MOULD

Process
In a grinder jar add Oil, Sugar , Egg and vanilla Essence & grind for 2 min .
Sieve the Flour (maida), Baking Soda and baking powder together.
Next add the sieved Flour in a jar little by little and grind.
Add lemon juice and warm milk grind all the ingredients to a smooth batter.
Grease the pan with oil and dust some flour in it and pour the cake batter in a pan.
Preheat Pressure Cooker for about 10 min in low flame.
Place the pan in preheated Pressure Cooker and close the lid without Gasket and whistle for about 30 min in a low flame.
Check after 30 min with stick or knife if it comes clean cake is baked other wise leave it for another 5-10 min.

Cake is ready, cool down for 10 min release the corner with knife, cake is sopngy.

Basic Vanilla Cake Ready to serve !
