Leftover ALBAIK Chicken With Desi TADKA | دجاج البيك بالبهارات الهندية | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients

  1. Albaik (Breast Pieces) : 2
  2. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric Powder : ½ tsp
  4. Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
  5. Curry Leaves : 8-10
  6. Oil : 2 tbsp

Process

  1. Shred leftover Albaik chicken & separate with skin and bones.
  2. In a shredded chicken add red chili powder , turmeric and Black Pepper Powder Mix well.
  3. Heat oil In Pan add Curry Leaves saute for a min then add Mixed Masala Chicken and fry for 2 min Then close the lid and cook for 2min .
  4. Open the lid saute for 5 min .

Leftover ALBAIK With Desi Tadka is ready!
