Leftover ALBAIK Chicken With Desi TADKA | دجاج البيك بالبهارات الهندية | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
- Albaik (Breast Pieces) : 2
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : ½ tsp
- Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves : 8-10
- Oil : 2 tbsp
Process
- Shred leftover Albaik chicken & separate with skin and bones.
- In a shredded chicken add red chili powder , turmeric and Black Pepper Powder Mix well.
- Heat oil In Pan add Curry Leaves saute for a min then add Mixed Masala Chicken and fry for 2 min Then close the lid and cook for 2min .
- Open the lid saute for 5 min .
Leftover ALBAIK With Desi Tadka is ready!
