CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS FRY

 

CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS FRY | चिकन ड्रमस्टिक फ्राई | چکن ڈرمسٹک فرائی | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks 7 pcs

  1. Whisked Curd : 3 tbsp
  2. Kasuri Methi : 1 tsp
    3.Turmeric Powder : ¼ tsp
  3. Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
  4. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
  5. Kashmiri Chilli Powder : 3/4 tsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder : ½ tsp
  7. Pink Salt : 1 tsp
  8. Red food color : Pinch
    10.Refined Oil :1 tbsp
  9. Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tsp
  10. Oil for frying : 4 tbsp
  11. Rice Flour : 1 tbsp
  12. Lemon : ½
  13. Curry Leaves: few

Process

  1. To marinate the chicken, arrange the drumsticks in a bowl and add the ginger garlic paste. Next pour the Yogurt-Masala mix on top of the drumsticks and give a mix to coat them well. Cover and set aside for around 1hr.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and place the drumsticks side by side.
  3. Fry on medium heat for 2 mins and then flip it on the other side. Continue to fry it on medium heat for another 2 mins and then flip it and lower the heat.

4.Keep frying it and turning it every 2 mins to roast it evenly. This should take a total of 10-11 mins .
