AJWA KHAJOOR KE LADDU

AJWA KHAJOOR KE LADDU | اجوا كھجىور کے لڈو | अज्वा खजूर के लड्डू | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients

  1. Ajwa Khajor (Grinded) : 300g
  2. Badam (Almond) : 50g
  3. Kaju (Cashews) : 50g
  4. Chilghoze (Pine nut) :30g
  5. Pista : 30g
  6. Kishmish (Raisins) :30g
  7. Akhroot : 30g
  8. Coconut (Desiccated ) : 30g
  9. Kushkush : 10g
  10. Desi ghee : 1 cup
  11. Elachi Powder : 1 tsp

Process

  1. Heat Desi ghee in pan, roast all the nuts seperatly in a low flame for 2 min.
  2. Do not let the Colour change .
  3. After 2 min take out in a separate bowl.
  4. Also ghee roast raisins &take out in a few seconds in a separate bowl.
  5. Grind khajor (Dates) if required, if khajor is soft don’t need to grind.
  6. In the same ghee roast grinded khajor, roast until soften completely in low flame.
  7. In a Grinder jar add half of the roasted nuts and grind coarsely.
  8. In a plastic bag add remaining roasted nuts (add only after cooling completely).
  9. Coarsely crush with the help of rolling pin and mix raisins.
  10. Add Elachi powder in soften dates and mix.
  11. Add coarsely grinded and crushed nuts and mixed well.
  12. Switch off the flame let it cool a bit,transfer the dates mix in plate.
  13. Grease hands with desi ghee & make laddu as shown.
  14. Delicious homemade laddu is ready.
