SUKHI GOBI ALOO KI SABZI (DRY CAULIFLOWER AND POTATO RECIPE) | गोभी आलू की सब्जी | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingreindents
- Cauliflower: 300g
- Potato: 1Big
- Oil : 3 Tbsp
- Cumin Seed (zeera) : 1Tsp
- Carom Seed (Ajwain) : ½ Tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder : 1.5 Tsp
- Turmeric : 1tsp
- Amchor Powder/Lemon Juice : 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala : ½ Tsp
- Green Chilli : 2
- Hing : ¼ tsp
- Garlic(crushed) : 7-8 pods
- Coriander Leaves : 1 Tbsp
- Ginger (julienne cut) : 1 inch
Process
- Heat oil in pan and add 1tsp cumin seed, ½ tsp Ajwain ,Add ¼ tsp hing and crushed Garlic saute for 1min as it turns golden brown.
- Add 1big potato (cut in small pieces) Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 min until little soft and golden brown.
- Add 300 gram of washed and cut cauliflower florets, add salt.
- Add 1.5Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder , Turmeric , Coriander powder and lemon juice or amchor powder mix well add chopped green chilli .
- Cover on low flame and cook for 2-3 min stir in between Cover flame and cook for 8-10 min in low flame.
- Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, Ginger (julienne cut) and garam masala powder.
- Serve hot with Roti \Rice
