SUKHI GOBI ALOO KI SABZI (DRY CAULIFLOWER AND POTATO RECIPE) | गोभी आलू की सब्जी | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingreindents

  1. Cauliflower: 300g
  2. Potato: 1Big
  3. Oil : 3 Tbsp
  4. Cumin Seed (zeera) : 1Tsp
  5. Carom Seed (Ajwain) : ½ Tsp
  6. Kashmiri Chilli Powder : 1.5 Tsp
  7. Turmeric : 1tsp
  8. Amchor Powder/Lemon Juice : 1 Tsp
  9. Coriander Powder : 1 Tsp
  10. Garam Masala : ½ Tsp
  11. Green Chilli : 2
  12. Hing : ¼ tsp
  13. Garlic(crushed) : 7-8 pods
  14. Coriander Leaves : 1 Tbsp
  15. Ginger (julienne cut) : 1 inch

Process

  1. Heat oil in pan and add 1tsp cumin seed, ½ tsp Ajwain ,Add ¼ tsp hing and crushed Garlic saute for 1min as it turns golden brown.
  2. Add 1big potato (cut in small pieces) Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 min until little soft and golden brown.
  3. Add 300 gram of washed and cut cauliflower florets, add salt.
  4. Add 1.5Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder , Turmeric , Coriander powder and lemon juice or amchor powder mix well add chopped green chilli .
  5. Cover on low flame and cook for 2-3 min stir in between Cover flame and cook for 8-10 min in low flame.
  6. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, Ginger (julienne cut) and garam masala powder.
  7. Serve hot with Roti \Rice
