Bangalore-Style ZEERA METHI KA CHAR | Quick and Easy Char ki Recipe | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
1. Zeera Methi mix: 1 tsp
2. Tomato: 2medium
3. Onion: 1small
4. Garlic Clove: 5-6
5. Coriander Leaves: 1 1bsp
6. Red Chilli Powder: 1.5tsp
7. Salt to Taste
8. Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1tsp
9. Oil: 3tbsp
10. Mustard Seed: ½ tsp
11. Cumin seed: ¼ tsp
12. Curry leaves
13. Black pepper : ½ tsp
Process
1. In a grinder add Onion, Tomato, Garlic, and Zeera Methi grind to a smooth paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add Mustard seed and Cumin seed saute for a min.
3. Add Curry leaves, red chili powder, and ground masala fry for two minutes.
4. Next, add salt and water close the lid and cook for 4-5 min.
5. Lastly, add Coriander leaves.
Zeera Methi Ka Char is Ready to Serve with Rice!
