CHICKEN STIR FRY

CHICKEN STIR FRY | चिकन स्टर फ़्राय | تحريك الدجاج المقلي | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients
1. Boneless Chicken:500 g
2. Salt: ½ tsp
3. Black Pepper Powder: ½ tsp
4. Dark Soy Sauce: ½ tsp
5. Carrots (Sliced): 1 cup
6. Red Bell Pepper: 1 cup
7. Yellow Bell Pepper: 1 cup
8. Orange Bell Pepper: 1 cup
9. Garlic (Chopped): 2 tsp
10. Green Chilli (Chopped):1.5 tsp
11. Oil: 2-3 tbsp
12. Salt to Taste
13. Pepper Powder: 1/4 tsp
14. Turmeric: ½ tsp
Stir Fry Sauces
1. Dark Soy Sauce: 2.5 tsp
2. Red Chili Sauce: 3 tsp
3. Olive Oil:1 tsp
4. Sesame Seed:1 tsp
5. Chilli flakes: ½ tsp

Process:
1. Cut the carrots into slices and the red, orange & yellow peppers into cubes.
2. Also, peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces. Give a stir for 30 secs and then add salt & black pepper powder and turmeric to season the chicken.
4. Now stir fry on high heat for around 2-3 mins, continue to stir fry on high heat for another 2-3 mins till the water has completely dried up and the chicken is fried and browned.
5. Remove and set aside.
6. In the same oil, add the chopped garlic & green chilli. Give a stir for 15 secs and then add the sliced carrots and cubed red, orange& yellow peppers. Mix and stir fry on high heat for 1 minute. Also, add salt to season and black pepper powder. Give a mix and continue to stir fry on high heat for 2 mins.
7. Add the Dark Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, and Olive oil. Give a mix and stir fry on high heat for around 2 mins till the sauce has nearly dried up.
8. Now add the sautéed chicken pieces and give a mix on high heat for 1 minute.
9. Add the Dark Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, and Olive oil. Give a mix and stir fry on high heat for around 2 mins till the sauce has nearly dried up.
10. Now add the chili flakes and sesame seed, give a mix, and continue to stir fry on high heat for 1 min till all the sauce has dried up and coats the chicken and vegetables.
