Tasty VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI Recipe | Veggie Spaghetti | معكرونة الخضار | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
1. Spaghetti:400g
2. Garlic (Crushed): 6 cloves
3. Pink Salt:1tsp
4. Pepper powder: 1 tsp
5. Garam Masala: ½ tsp
6. Lemon juice: 1
7. Dark Soy sauce: 3 tsp
8. Carrots (julienned): ½ cup
9. Green Capsicum (julienned): ½ cup
10. Red Bell Pepper (julienned): ½ cup
11. Yellow Bell Pepper (julienned): ½ cup
12. Chilli Garlic sauce: 1 tbsp
13. Green Peas: 1cup
14. Oil: 4 tbsp
15. Green Chili (chopped)
16. Sliced onion: 1 medium
17. Coriander Leaves (chopped)
18. Hot sauce: 1 tbsp
19. Ketchup: 1 tbsp
Process:
1. To boil the Spaghetti, follow the instructions on the packet. OR
2. For 400 gm Spaghetti, heat 2 liters of water in a pan on high heat till it comes to a boil.
3. Add the Spaghetti and stir them lightly for them to open up.
4. Boil it for 2-3 mins should not be soft.
5. Drain it in a colander and wash it with cold water.
6. Add 1tsp of oil and mix it well to coat the boiled Spaghetti so that they don’t stick.
7. Set it aside.
8. Julienne cut the carrots, Yellow Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, and green peppers.
9. Crush the garlic cloves & finely chopped green chili.
10. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a Kadai add the Crushed garlic & finely chopped green chili. Give a stir and fry it on high heat for around 30 secs.
11. Add sliced onion & saute for a min on a medium flame.
12. Now add the Green Peas, mix and stir fry for around 3 mins on medium flame.
13. Add the julienned carrots and peppers, mix and stir fry for 2 min.
14. Now add the salt & pepper powder, mix & Add 1 tsp soy sauce, Chilli Garlic sauce, ketchup & hot sauce mix, and stir fry 2 mins on medium flame.
15. Add coriander leaves.
16. Add the Spaghetti noodle and mix with the veggies.
17. Toss well and serve.
