MATAR PANEER Recipe

MATAR PANEER Recipe | मटर पनीर रेसिपी |DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients
1. Paneer: 200g
2. Matar:100g
3. Onion:1
4. Tomato:2
5. Red chili Powder: 1tsp
6. Coriander Powder: 2tsp
7. Turmeric: ½ tsp
8. Cumin seed: ½ tsp
9. Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1tsp
10. Coriander Leaves: 2tbsp
11. Garam Masala Powder: ½ tsp
12. Ginger & Garlic paste: 1tsp
13. Oil: 60 ml
14. Cinnamon: 1stick
15. Cardamom: 2
16. Cloves: 3-4
17. Salt to taste

Process
1. Heat oil in a pan & fry paneer in a medium flame till slightly golden & remove in plate & keep aside.
2. In a same pan add roughly chopped onion fry for a min & add 2 medium size chopped tomato, cover & cook for about 2-3 min on medium flame.
3. Switch of the flame keep aside once it cools down blend it into a puree. keep the blende puree aside.
4. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a kadai add cumin seed, whole garam masala & sauté for a min.
5. Add ginger & garlic paste, fry for a min then add Kashmiri chili powder.
6. Add blended puree & mix well, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric & salt, mix well cover & cook for 2-3 min.
7. Open lid & cook on high flame till the oil separates.
8. Add green peas & mix, add 1 cup of water & cook
9. Lastly add fried paneer & mix, cook for 2-3 min on low flame.
10. Add garam masala powder & coriander leaves, cook for a min.
