1. Mutton: 500 grams
2. Peppercorns: 1 tsp
3. Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
4. Cinnamon stick: 1 small piece
5. Cardamom: 1
6. Cloves: 3
7. Star anise: 3 segments
8. Ginger: 1 small piece
9. Garlic: 4 cloves
10. Chili powder: 1 tsp
11. Coriander powder: 1 tsp
12. Oil: 3 tbsp
13. Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
14. Green chili: 4-5
15. Curry leaves
Process
1. In a Grinder jar add Peppercorns, Fennel seeds, Cinnamon stick, Cardamom, Cloves, Star anise, Ginger, Garlic, Chili powder, & Coriander powder grind to smooth paste.
2. In a Pressure Cooker add oil then add Turmeric Powder, Ground paste 1 spoon, curry leaves Sautee’ for a min then add Mutton and fry for 2 min add salt.
3. Add 1cup of water & pressure cook for 4-5 Whistle.
4. Heat oil in a pan add ground masala &cook the masala paste on low flame till oil separates.
5. Next add Green Chili & Curry Leaves Sautee’ for a min then add cooked Mutton & cook for 10 min on a medium flame.
