Street Style MIRCHI BAJJI (Mirchi Pakoda) | فطائر الفلفل الأخضر | मिर्ची बज्जी रेसिपी | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
- Chilies – 7
- Besan(Chickpea Flour) : 100g
- Red Chilly Powder – ½ tsp
- Chawal ka Ata (Rice Flour) : 2 Tbsp
- Carom seeds – 2 pinch
- Salt as required
- Water as required
- Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
- Oil for frying
- Onion (Chopped) : 1 small
- Coriander Leaves : 1Tbsp
- Lemon : ½
- Salt & Chilli Powder
Process
- In a bowl add Besan (chane ka ata) , Rice Flour ,Red chilli powder, Carom seeds, salt, Baking powder
- Gradually add water and whisk well until thick batter is formed , Add oil and mix well .
- Take a Slit Green Chili and dip into prepared batter.
- Heat oil in a pan fry Mirchi Bajji on medium flame until golden brown.
- Cut and fill with chopped onion , coriander leaves , salt & red chili powder and Lemon juice.
