Street Style MIRCHI BAJJI (Mirchi Pakoda) | فطائر الفلفل الأخضر | मिर्ची बज्जी रेसिपी | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients

  1. Chilies – 7
  2. Besan(Chickpea Flour) : 100g
  3. Red Chilly Powder – ½ tsp
  4. Chawal ka Ata (Rice Flour) : 2 Tbsp
  5. Carom seeds – 2 pinch
  6. Salt as required
  7. Water as required
  8. Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Onion (Chopped) : 1 small
  11. Coriander Leaves : 1Tbsp
  12. Lemon : ½
  13. Salt & Chilli Powder

Process

  1. In a bowl add Besan (chane ka ata) , Rice Flour ,Red chilli powder, Carom seeds, salt, Baking powder
  2. Gradually add water and whisk well until thick batter is formed , Add oil and mix well .
  3. Take a Slit Green Chili and dip into prepared batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan fry Mirchi Bajji on medium flame until golden brown.
  5. Cut and fill with chopped onion , coriander leaves , salt & red chili powder and Lemon juice.
