SIMPLE & TASTY LEMON RICE | लेमन राइस | لیمن رائس | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
- Cooked Rice : ½ kg
- Oil : 4 tbsp
- Chopped Onion : 2 medium
- Green Chili : 4
- Peanut (moong phalli) : 2 tbsp
- Chane ki Dal : 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice : ½ cup
- Mustard seed : 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed : 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves : 1 cup
- Curry Leaves : 7-8
- Rayan Methi Powder : ½ tsp
- Turmeric : 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Process
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed , cumin seed , curry leaves, Green chili saute for a min in a low flame.
- Add chane ki dal and peanut, saute for 2 min.
- Add onion fry for 3 min then add turmeric salt and Rayan methi powder (optional).
- Add Lemon juice, ½ cup water ,coriander leaves mix well and cook for 1min.
- Add cooked rice and mix well ,close the lid and put it for dum for 4-5 min in low flame.
Lemon rice is ready!
