SIMPLE FISH FRY | EASY FISH FRY | مچھلی فرائی | मछली फ्राई | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
- Fish (king) : 250g
- Mustard Oil : 3 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tsp
- Turmeric : 1Tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tsp
- Lemon Juice : 2 Tsp
- Water : 2 -3 Tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp
- Pink Salt : 1Tsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste : ½ Tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
Process
- Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Apply mixed masala to fish.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Now place the fish pieces side by side and fry on medium heat for 3 mins.
- Now turn the pieces on the other side and repeat the same on the other side.
- Fish is ready to serve.
