SIMPLE FISH FRY | EASY FISH FRY | مچھلی فرائی | मछली फ्राई | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients

  1. Fish (king) : 250g
  2. Mustard Oil : 3 Tbsp
  3. Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tsp
  4. Turmeric : 1Tsp
  5. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tsp
  6. Lemon Juice : 2 Tsp
  7. Water : 2 -3 Tbsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp
  9. Pink Salt : 1Tsp
  10. Ginger & Garlic Paste : ½ Tsp
  11. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp

Process

  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Apply mixed masala to fish.
  3. Heat oil in pan.
  4. Now place the fish pieces side by side and fry on medium heat for 3 mins.
  5. Now turn the pieces on the other side and repeat the same on the other side.
  6. Fish is ready to serve.
