SIMPLE BHINDI FRY | OKRA FRY | بھنڈی فرائی | भिंडी फ्राई | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
- Bhindi : 250g
- Mustard Oil: 2tbsp
- Onion: 1 big
- Garlic: 6-7 pods
- Coconut : 2 tbsp
- Green Chilli : 2
- Red Chilli Powder : 1tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1tsp
- Pink Salt : ½ tsp
10.Zeera : ½ tsp - Curry Leaves : 4-5
12: whole red chilli : 1
Process:
- In a grinder jar add coconut, garlic pods and green chilli grind coarsely
- Heat oil in a pan add zeera ,curry leaves and whole red chilli, saute for 30 sec add chopped onion and fry for 3 min add chopped bhindi mix and cook for 2 mins.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric and salt, mix and cook for 2min.
- Lastly add coarsely grind masala mix and close the lid for 30 sec.
- Ready to serve with roti.
