Ingredients
- Mutton Bone : ½ kg
- Onion (sliced) : 1 Medim
- Green Chilli (slit) : 3
- Turmeric : 1 Tsp
- Salt : 1Tsp
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) : 1 Tbsp
- Mint (chopped) : 1 Tbsp
- Ginger (Chopped) : 1 Inch
- Water : ½ ltr
Process
1.In a Pressure Coker add Mutton Bones and add all the Ingredients as mentioned in the list.
- Close the Lid and Pressure cook for 4 Whistles.
- Open the Lid serve hot Soup with Roti/Naan.
