Quick & Easy FISH FRY | طريقة سهلة وسريعة لقلي السمك | आसान फिश फ्राई | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients

  1. Fish : 500g
  2. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  3. Kashmiri Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric : ½ tsp
  5. Pink Salt : 1 tsp
  6. Lemon Juice : ½
  7. Water : 2 tbsp

Process

  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Apply mixed masala to fish.
  3. Heat oil in pan
  4. Now place the fish pieces side by side and fry on medium heat for 3 mins.
  5. Now turn the pieces on the other side and repeat the same on the other side.
  6. Fish is ready to serve!
