BANGALORE STYLE | TOMATO CHUTNEY | ٹماٹر کی چٹنی | टमाटर की चटनी | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
1 . Tomato (Grinded) : 500g
- Onion (Medium) : 1
- Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric : ½ tsp
- Pink Salt :1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chili Powder : 1.5 tsp
- Whole Black Pepper : ¼ tsp
- Oil : 4-5 tbsp
- Green chili : 2
- Curry Leaves : 4-5
- Kasuri Methi : 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
- Zeera Powder : 1 tsp
- Zeera methi mix powder : 1 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp
Process
- In a grinder Jar add Onion and Zeera meethi mix powder Grind to paste .
- Grind tomato to a smooth paste
- Heat oil in pan add Black pepper ,ginger & garlic paste , kashmiri chili powder and mix .
- Add Onion paste saute for a minute in a medium flame then add Red chili powder, turmeric & saute.
- Add Tomato puree and salt mix and cover the lid and cook for 10 min in medium low flame
- Add zeera powder , kasuri methi , green chilli , coriander leaves and curry leaves mix and cover the lid and cook for 3 min in low flame.
- Serve with roti/rice.
