BANGALORE STYLE | TOMATO CHUTNEY | ٹماٹر کی چٹنی | टमाटर की चटनी | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients
1 . Tomato (Grinded) : 500g

  1. Onion (Medium) : 1
  2. Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
  3. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric : ½ tsp
  5. Pink Salt :1 tsp
  6. Kashmiri Chili Powder : 1.5 tsp
  7. Whole Black Pepper : ¼ tsp
  8. Oil : 4-5 tbsp
  9. Green chili : 2
  10. Curry Leaves : 4-5
  11. Kasuri Methi : 1 tsp
  12. Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
  13. Zeera Powder : 1 tsp
  14. Zeera methi mix powder : 1 tsp
  15. Garam Masala : 1 tsp

Process

  1. In a grinder Jar add Onion and Zeera meethi mix powder Grind to paste .
  2. Grind tomato to a smooth paste
  3. Heat oil in pan add Black pepper ,ginger & garlic paste , kashmiri chili powder and mix .
  4. Add Onion paste saute for a minute in a medium flame then add Red chili powder, turmeric & saute.
  5. Add Tomato puree and salt mix and cover the lid and cook for 10 min in medium low flame
  6. Add zeera powder , kasuri methi , green chilli , coriander leaves and curry leaves mix and cover the lid and cook for 3 min in low flame.
  7. Serve with roti/rice.
