BANGALORE STYLE | TOD MIRCHI KA CHAR | तोड़ मिर्ची का चार | توڑمرچی کا چار | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
1.Tomato (medium) : 2
- Onion (small) : 1
- Garlic : 1 bulb
- Tamarind : 1 Cup
- Cumin Seed (Zeera) : 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves : 7-8
- Mustard Seed : ½ tsp
- Whole Dry Chili : 3
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
- OIL : 3 TBSP
- SALT TO TASTE
Process
- In a grinder jar add Onion , Tomato , Garlic and Cumin seed grind Coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan add Mustard seed ,Cumin seed and Dry Chili saute for a min.
- Add Curry leaves , red chili powder and grinded masala fry for min.
- Next add Tamarind pulp , salt and water close the lid and cook for 4-5 min.
- Lastly add Coriander leaves .
