BANGALORE STYLE | TOD MIRCHI KA CHAR | तोड़ मिर्ची का चार | توڑمرچی کا چار | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients
1.Tomato (medium) : 2

  1. Onion (small) : 1
  2. Garlic : 1 bulb
  3. Tamarind : 1 Cup
  4. Cumin Seed (Zeera) : 1 tbsp
  5. Curry Leaves : 7-8
  6. Mustard Seed : ½ tsp
  7. Whole Dry Chili : 3
  8. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  9. Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
  10. OIL : 3 TBSP
  11. SALT TO TASTE

Process

  1. In a grinder jar add Onion , Tomato , Garlic and Cumin seed grind Coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add Mustard seed ,Cumin seed and Dry Chili saute for a min.
  3. Add Curry leaves , red chili powder and grinded masala fry for min.
  4. Next add Tamarind pulp , salt and water close the lid and cook for 4-5 min.
  5. Lastly add Coriander leaves .

Tod Mirchi Ka Char is Ready to Serve with Rice!
