Ingrediants
Coconut (50grm )
Egg(5no)
Oil (4tbsp)
Tomato(3big)
Zeramethi mix(1tsp)
Onion( 2medium)
Coriander leaves (1/2cup)
Ginger garlic paste(1tsp)
Chilli powder(2tsp)
Coriander powder(2tsp)
Turmeric powder(1tsp)
Garam masala powder(1/2tsp)

To make masala
In a grinder jar add zeeramethi mix, Coconut and grind for 2min add 1/4cup water and grind tadd onion,coriander and make smooth paste
Next add tomato and grind to smooth paste
Process;
In a pan heat oil add some onion saute for a minute add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute add ground masala saute add dry ingrediants and mix cook for 2min
Add tomato paste and mix add water ,salt and garam masala and cook for 5min
Lastly add egg slowly and don’t mix cook for 5to 6min
Serve with rice
