INGREDIENTS FOR HARE MASALE KA GHOST
MUTTON with bones 500g curry cut pieces
To make masala:
- Green chill (7)
- Coriander leaves (half bunch)
- Onion (1 big)
- Black pepper. ( 1teaspoon)
5.Water( half cup)
Other ingredients:
Oil (2 tbsp)
ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp)
Salt (half tbsp)
Water (1 cup)
process:
- In a grinder jar add all ingredients & grind to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.& add ginger garlic paste .fry on medium heat for 1min.
- Add ground masala paste. & saute for 2 min.
- Now, add MUTTON pieces.& stir for 1 min.
- Add gram masala & water 1 cup.
- mix and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & slit green chill,
- serve hot with roti, rice, or ragi ball
