BANGALORE STYLE | FISH FRY GREEN MASALA | मछली हरा मसाला | ہرا مسالہ کی مچھلى | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients
Fish(1/2kg)
Mustard Oil (2tbsp)
Ginger(1/2inch)
Garlic (5-6pods)
Green chilli(4)
Black pepper (1tsp)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves (1cup)
Lemon(1tsp)

Process
In a grinder add ginger garlic,green chilli,black pepper,coriander leaves, lemon and salt grind all the ingredients to thick paste if required add 2tsp water
Apply masala for fish ,marinate up-to 1hour
Heat oil (mustard oil) in a pan add marinated fish cook for5min in a medium flame and flip it to another side and cook for5min
Green masala fish is ready
