ANDE KI BAJJI (EGG BONDA) | انڈے کی بججی | एंडे की बज्जि | DECCAN’S PAKWAN

Ingredients

  1. Egg (boiled) : 5
  2. Besan (Chickpea Flour) : 100g /1 cup
  3. Chawal ka Ata (Rice Flour) : 2 Tbsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric : 1 tsp
  6. Pink Salt : 1 Tsp
  7. Garam Masala Powder : ½ Tsp
  8. Oil : 1 Tbsp
  9. Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
  10. Water : 1 cup
  11. Onion (Chopped) : 1 small
  12. Coriander Leaves : 1 Tbsp
  13. Chilli Flakes / Chilli powder : ½ Tsp
  14. Lemon : 1

Process

  1. First Boiled Egg.
  2. In a bowl add Besan (chane ka ata), Rice Flour, Red chilli powder, Turmeric, salt, Garam masala powder, Baking powder.
  3. Gradually add water and whisk well until thick batter is formed, Add oil and mix well.
  4. Take a boiled and cut egg and dip into prepared batter.
  5. In a pan add cooking oil,heat it and fry egg Bajji on medium flame until golden brown.
  6. Cut and fill with chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli flakes and Lemon juice.
