ANDE KI BAJJI (EGG BONDA) | انڈے کی بججی | एंडे की बज्जि | DECCAN’S PAKWAN
Ingredients
- Egg (boiled) : 5
- Besan (Chickpea Flour) : 100g /1 cup
- Chawal ka Ata (Rice Flour) : 2 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric : 1 tsp
- Pink Salt : 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder : ½ Tsp
- Oil : 1 Tbsp
- Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
- Water : 1 cup
- Onion (Chopped) : 1 small
- Coriander Leaves : 1 Tbsp
- Chilli Flakes / Chilli powder : ½ Tsp
- Lemon : 1
Process
- First Boiled Egg.
- In a bowl add Besan (chane ka ata), Rice Flour, Red chilli powder, Turmeric, salt, Garam masala powder, Baking powder.
- Gradually add water and whisk well until thick batter is formed, Add oil and mix well.
- Take a boiled and cut egg and dip into prepared batter.
- In a pan add cooking oil,heat it and fry egg Bajji on medium flame until golden brown.
- Cut and fill with chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli flakes and Lemon juice.
